The ancient art and science of balancing the physical and subtle anatomy of an individual. We incorporate breath work, classical hatha postures, and meditation into a one hour private session developed to benefit your individual needs and expectations. Yoga will increase flexibility, strengthen muscles, boost immune function and improve posture. For the experienced and the 1st time participant.
